I would hazard a guess he thought he would just get a hurry up off the ref whilst picking up a yellow card. which is what happens in 99% of the casesBallotts are for when you have 4000-6000 people who religiously go to away games and the club only had 1,000. in the case of Wigan we have around 500 that go to 80% of our away games and they should be the ones that are ring fenced, regarldless off season tickets.
