I thought I may have had a softer mindset having slept on it but not for me, you have to make a change, he seems incapable of changing his ways.

Warnock is not for me, lots of moaning on here about the style of play recently under cook, I.e. long ball up to Moore, that would only get worse with Warnock. The flipside of that is he would probably bring an upturn in results. Change due but i dont think it will happen. Big Sam anyone? Not me. Not a clue who I would want to be honest but I do think that sometimes you have to change things to get an improvement and that time is now for me.
