1. Why are we a team of two halves at home – some of the first half performances have been excellent, then second half you just know whats coming – abysmal

1. Opposing teams change tactics in the second half, we find it hard to cope. I suspect they dont head out there to play poor in the secong half.
2. Because they placed 3 men on him when they realised his threat, we ahd to move him to give him a chance.

Stoke are a big powerful team, which when we lost Mcarthey and Scotland they started to overpower us. Scharner lost his protection and was shown up for lack of fitness last night.
I agree Gomez isnt the answer. 4-5-1 isnt a bad formation its the players you put in there that make it.
Vince. The question is with Thatcher and the mines closing etc. Did she cause them to close or just hasten their demise. Surely the rise of India and China in manufacturing etc would have killed them anyway.
The problem with the government in the last 20 years is that they have done nothing to help the poor in real terms, but quite frankly many of those needing help havent done anything to help themselves.

Fair point on the championship ship promotion charge, but they will drift away when they are doing badly. When they first moved into the stadium of light and things were going badly, they didnt have such great support !
