To be fair griff i accept my shame, but as i said, it was out of sheer frustration at once again gifting the opposition victory. I cant recall the last time we were beat fair & square by a better team on the day. To give us credit we responded well better in the 2nd half & could have actually won the game. Maybe, the half time boos gave them the proverbial kick up the backside they needed.
I was pleased with the contributions of espinoza & henriquez. In my opinion should definitely be in the starting line up for stoke.
Gomez played well today in my opinion.
Though admittedly it is a day late………..graeme jones walking through the market heading to argos with his wife.
Has any darksiders replied to this post yet.
Ha ha griff. Meant beasejour. Unfortunately this touchscreen on my phone has a mind of its own sometimes. & yes thanks for asking – i’m fine at the moment.
Yes definitely a LWB for me also. Ineausejongs r seen as a blessing this time last season, but a lot of things missing this season.
Oh & i forgot a game against telford utd which we lost 2 – 1. It was my 1st experience of getting beat by a non league side & i got loads of stick from my rugby supporting mates & teachers.
Losing to brighton at half time.
Newell & jewell scored at stamford bridge & i was ecstatic at us taking a 2 – 0 lead at chelsea. Always remember the replay 26 jan 1985 as it was the date of my 13th birthday. As for the leeds match it was the only time i have ever cried after a latics match. I really thought we’d do it.
He missed 2 possible penalties which jamie redknapp said they were. First when kones shirt was pulled & the other – the handball towards the end.
I agree 35, jones played well in the 60 mins or so i saw of the game. It was a good performance all round. But for all our good football, we need to put the ball in the net. Im still confident things will pick up soon & for what its worth even wenger said we are in a false position.
I do hope that we sign an out & out striker in january. For all of kones & di santos hard work, they are not natural finishers & if you dont score, you dont win matches. I am confident that with a goalscorer plus the return of our absentees might see an upturn in our fortunes. Oh & decent refeering.
Keep calm – support the tics!!
I saw alcaraz last week at the dw gym when i took one of the guys i support to the gym. He was doing a programme with a trainer presumably working & building up the groin.
