Really are in cuckoo land if you think Richardson didn’t want to strengthen.

Just to emphasise how unfair it was to not back Richardson in the Summer and expect him to perform miracles with the current squad…………6 of the players who started against Sunderland were playing for us in admin season when we barely avoided relegation to league 2

I have lost all respect for the club over the treatment of Richardson and with it now comes a lack of interest.I know the responders will be on with their “happy clapper” responses and “great coach shit manager” responses and that is fine as that is their opinion. My opinion is the club has shit on a guy who excelled in his achievements for 2 seasons and the first couple of months of this season. 5th of October I was at Hull and when we went 1-0 up we were provisionally in the play offs (as high as 3rd I think)……5 weeks later he’s sacked.
So splash the cash on wages and compensation when Leam wasn’t backed at all and let’s see where it gets you Mr Chairman and Mr CEO.

I reckon that’s just 2 away defeats from the last 25 away league games. One of them was at Portsmouth when the players were dead on their feet.
Some pretty special away days with late winners aplenty at the likes of Oxford, Plymouth, Birmingham and Luton.
Plenty comebacks at the likes of Fleetwood, Cambridge and Morecambe.

Totally agree Runcorn. No point in making signings just to make up the numbers. Better to get in a few quality additions rather than a lot of average players.
I’d suggest we did very well pre season last year with the complete squad rebuild with only Jordan Jones not hitting it off. I know the jury is out on Shinnie and Magennis but let’s see them after a full pre season with us.
I believe Shinnie will quieten the doubters (cup winners)
