I just hope Bickymon doesn’t read this thread, we could have a scanners moment.

Shit! It should be law that FA cup games are played on the Saturday, at a push Sunday.

On the plus side at least we will still be in the draw for the 6th round.

Slept on a few train stations back in my youth with and without sleeping bags. It was very cold without a sleeping bag.

When I logged in to purchase tickets for the West Ham game it only gave me the option of my own seat? I wanted 2 tickets! When it comes to purchasing tickets for the City game ( will want one for a mate ) what do I do? Maybe I am being stupid here but did I overlook anything?

The solution is a simple one, Firstly tickets go on sale to season ticket holders that just want their seat.
Secondly to season tickets holders that require more seats and not too bothered about sitting in their usual seat.
Thirdly on sale to people with a booking history.

And if there are any left, general sale but you have to pass a quiz about Wigan Latics.

That’s probably not really helped you that much Fil.

I would of thought that any potential new latics fan without a booking history would know at least one ticmon that could get them a ticket, so if you’re from Wigan and wanting to support Wigan Latics for the first time I;m pretty sure it wont be that difficult to get a ticket.

Unless you’re a sneaky Citeh fan.

West Ham stoping up had more to do with Man Utd not bothering to turn up for the last game against them.

Quite possibly so but just remind me again who scored the goal in their 1-0 win.[/quote]
Good point there Sammy, forgetting Tevez scored, I still say though if Man Utd needed to win that game to clinch the title West Ham would of been relegated. The Utd players were on holiday that day and showed complete disrespect to ourselves and Sheffield Utd.

Sounds to me that Moyes is prioritising the League, Good! play those fringe players David.

I think in May 1997 I had my eye on a bit of skirt who lived up our street, I probably went after her lol

I’m visualizing Oliver Tobias in a Latics Shirt.

My first Latics game was Coventry away in the cup if memory serves me right Cyrille played centre forward that day. RIP

I refer to the club as the Latics, but fellow supporters as Ticmen, so not really bothered if we are called the Latics or Tics, there’s a lad that calls us the Watics mind you he does have a wisp.

The cup for me all day long, it’s what dreams are made of.

Have to agree with GoalsGalore on the way the City fans were on the way back up the M6 a credit to their club, unlike them Arsenal wankstains a year later.

What a load of bollocks the honours system is, it’s beyond a joke when you look at some of the arseholes that have been knighted who have contributed nothing to the public service when you compare them to the NHS front line staff, Police, Fire Fighters and our armed forces.

Anyone sit close enough to the dugout to hear the diatribe Mr Cook comes out with during the course of a game.

Diatribe! you’ll not be popular on this site using words people have to look up.
