The side we beat in 2013 is only half as good as this City team who have lost one competitive game in around 9 months and are seen as one of the top 3 sides in Europe. As a fellow premier league side it was one hell of a scalp but that’s nothing compared to the job of beating the team they have now.

Cook out!!3 points clear at the top (4 with GD) and 5 clear of 3rd (6 with GD) just isn’t good enough. Especially when you factor in that we have the best attack in the league, the second best defence IN THE COUNTRY and are 15 points clear of 7th place basically confirming a playoff spot already.

No ones throwing toys out,just stating the obvious.This league is shit.Even when we are not on the ball we can beat most teams but when we play the teams around us Rovers,Bradford,Shrews twice we have struggled.Not a fan of Toney but he did make a difference when he came on.This Grigg on his own with long diagonal balls was pointless he needs service from wide and they were piss poor last night.Need some pace down the flanks and striker who can put it about.I’m sure Cook will address this soon but i predicted we’d get 4pts from the 3 games so the extra point a bonus(tongue i cheek).This league is shit because we are the mighty Wigan Athletic who by rights should walk it because we have huge financial backing and massive crowds with a superb playing squad that pretty much embarrassed itself in the Championship last time out.
