Just watching MOTD, how good is this bloke, amazing.
Great vision, his assists & can score goals, got to be one of, if not the best midfielder in the prem at the moment.
Let’s hope we don’t draw City in the cup this year

Save em till the final :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

    Very ancient …..

About 71 ? We played at Boston in the FA Trophy won 1-0 Lee Koo goal ……I went on the coach, having found a pound note in the ‘backs’ behind our street ( riches beyond the dreams of avarice)

Coach fare was billed as “19 shillings or 95 new pence “……..that dates it a bit !

    Looked it up 6th Feb 1971……I were 12 !

WoW, as a kid I loved Lee Koo !
When we played footy and had to choose who we were, I was either Gordon Milne or Lee Koo ( and latterly, Johnny Rogers ). But Lee Koo reminded me of Kwai Chang Caine, the principal character of the Kung Fu series on TV; and was a cult hero. Loved the scene where he went to America and in this saloon a brawny type cowboy tried to pick a fight with him;but couldn’t land a punch. Long live Lee Koo and Kung Foo ! It was great growing up in the sixties and seventies !

Chorley at home would be a good one for the old timers like me if they overcome Boston United.

Surely horc we want Boston our big rivals at one time hated the fookers with a passion. I still want Fylde away personally.[/quote]

I’m with you on this one Ste.
Go past their new ground on a regular basis and it looks to be a tidy little spot and the Tics men would fill it !

Reckon they’ll camp in their own half, like a lot of the teams that visit the DW this year. Yes Jimmy, I think we need that early goal.

I’ll go for 32 seconds :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

Foo kin stupid game if you ask me; it’s so last century. Fat chubby blokes chasing an egg, pretending to be macho and Neanderthal. Get off our pitch, you cuckoo warriors and wash those gravy stains out of your shirts !

Does anyone remember that game at Springy, when we scored a goal but it went through a hole in the net and the ref didn’t give it ? Not sure if he gave it in the end.

Hope we get to the third round and draw them at their middin ( Wembley ) and batter the conceited fookers. The gulf between the leagues is greater now than in any other time in history; so our historic win deserves the highest of accolades; and not some pathetic put down by a Johnny Foreigner who is stealing a living out of English football.

I think it was last season when Blackburn & Wigan were proven to be the best value clubs in the whole of the North West. As I recall, last season we were 30% cheaper than your average Knob End ticket, and they were a division below us.

Kev, you WOULD LOVE IT; if you took your kids to the cinema & treated them to pop, crisps & ice cream; in fact you would probably have to re-mortgage.

Can’t believe you are a true & lifelong supporter of the Latics ( probably just an eggy troll ).

Enjoy watching Emmerdale tonight whilst picking your big toe nail, cos we all will be cheering on the Tics.

He was sniffing around Euxton this week.
He’ll be back soon :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

    More like, back at Goodison.
    Bottom three will not do

I can’t understand this argument at all.
Season ticket can still be bought at a pro rata rate so if you intend to go to 11 of the remaining matches then it makes sense to buy one.
If you are only planning to go to a couple of matches a season then tough shit, you are not a proper supporter anyway, you are just one of a few casual fans that turn up every now and again, and if it costs you £50 for two matches then so be it,
Even if you haven’t got £275 cash to buy a season ticket, you can pay on reasonable terms or slap it on a credit card.
I’m sure this is just a wind up anyway as no one can be as thick as to whinge about having to pay £25 a match when they know they can get a season ticket for the equivalent of paying on the day for 10 matches.

    Spot on HORC.
Thee & me have always bowt our season tickets and passed it around when we could not attend for whatever reason. We must be god blessed with common sense or simple arithmetic skills :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

He’s probably a “closet egg”, where they are used to getting in on free tickets !

I don’t think it was just Power who was an integral part of the 16/17 failures and fiascos. Several players as well as some Board / Management who hired RUBBISH coaches / managers. Joycee wasn’t the best appointment was he?

Joyce was our worst ever Manager in the last 50 years; period !
