In-laws birthday ? Wow !
I value my testicles
The answer is easy to find.
Just take a look at the hundreds and hundreds of pitcures online of the pleayers celebrating at Wembley. Does it read CHAMPIONS or WINNERS?
Like it Griff.
I must admit that I did criticise curling several times during the Winter Olympics. Why is it called curling when the rock is thrown straight? Should be called straight or brushing.
Hopefully we won’t have to hear about it south of the border soon.
Only saw the first 20 min, the Mrs wanted to go to Waitrose…What’s that with having 2 referees? Do they have to agree every decision between them?
Can you imagine having 2 Phil Dowds….or even worse some of the men who impersonate referees in this division we’re in for a season :woohoo:
They play with 2 referees in the NRL in a bid to speed the game up which has worked pretty well.
One referee will be the main official and will monitor the defensive line for offsides and will make the majority of the decisions on things such as high tackles and forwards passes.
The second official controls the play the ball so that sides can’t try to slow the play down. He’ll also advise the main referee on anything he may have missed.
Wigan made too many mistakes in the opening 20 minutes or so and gave themselves too much to do. Even when we got back into the game at 24-14 we then gifted them the final two tries off the back of silly mistakes.
The result could have been far worse and I’d have taken that at kick off if I’m being honest because I expected us to get truly stuffed.Great Price!http://www.wiganlatics.co.uk/news/article/14-03-09-ticket-details-manchester-city-a-1373505.aspx
We really should sell out at that price
End to end football – that used to make me laugh watching 1500 fans moving from one end to the other (it was the St. Andrews stand wasn’t it). Never quite got that myself.Remember doing that in the Man City playoff game and missing Barlow’s goal
Bl00dy wonderful
You express the positive message so well.Dont need to go, I had my picture taken months ago with it.
Thanks for thinking of the little people.
*Bangs head against wall*
Just been talking to someone who works at Wigan infirmary, they saw Watson being wheeled from xray on a trolley,he is on Orrell ward, has broke his leg.Being taken to Liverpool hospital they think, why i don’t know nor did they.Awful news for Ben and Latics.
Judging by the crack I heard last night, I think that is the single most unsurprising piece of news I have heard in my entire adult life. ;)
He’s probably being moved to Liverpool away from prying eyes and keyboards.
So you have xray eyes and saw it was a break straight away.Wow I know you think your God but don’t think anyone knew until scans etc.Not prying eyes just passing him by,he unlike you was very pleasant.
Also he is going to a place in Liverpool called Shaw,a private one,so no one can get at him because Griff says so.
I think it was pretty obvious it was a leg break considering the noise, his reaction and the reaction of the players
Sad news for Ben and hopefully for his sake it isn’t career threatening.
I’m not his biggest fan but I never like to see anyone get an injury like that.
Has the internet connection gone down in Liverpool then?
Don’t be saying things like that or they’ll be holding either a strike or a candlelight vigil.
The wires were cut but it wasn’t the fault of the person that cut them.
You avoided actually answering!
Where will you be on Good Friday Egg?
If rumours are to be believed thr rugby kicks off at 12 so plenty time for egg to tske in both games
11.55 I believe but I shall still only be watching the 1 match that day
now why is it you being massive does not surprise me one bit :lol:I see what you did there :silly:
Job was done. Switch off and look ahead to the two big aways we have coming up (3 if you count City)
The guy next to me said he heard a crack which we laughed off at first but he was probably spot on.
Any theories why your game hasn’t been allocated a date/time by the TV companies yet. As I understand, ITV get 1st & 3rd pick, with BT sport getting 2nd and 4th.As ITV have already (unsurprisingly) chosen Arsenal v Everton, then the silence from BT sport suggests they fancy either of the other ties before yours.
Even Coventry’s visit to Arsenal was picked quicker.
Go on then I’ll bite….
…..they’re probably wondering whether it is worth showing it as City will probably spank us by 4 or 5 whereas the Sheffield derby would be a crowd puller.
Then again, considering the four ties haven’t been confirmed yet maybe they are waiting to see what happens before shooting their load so to speak.
Either way, I couldn’t give a monkeys t*ss what channel we’re on because I’ll be at the game but at least on ITV I can record the game for prosperity should we repeat our May 11th antics.
