Not exactly green street. A scruffy ginger mong backed up by a 25 stoner and a lad with the balls to kick a bloke when he was down. Bring back the goons. These lot are embarrassing!

Never seen these lads in my life!
Can understand why folk are blaming Walton for first goal but unsure as to how he can be blamed for second and third when you watch them back.
Definitely an oriental contingent going into main entrance before match.
Lots of reasons to be optimistic. For his first professional game Reece James was fearless and settled well despite the odd mishit pass, Kipre was a revelation and like a rock at the back, Robinson looked quick on the break, set up the first goal and has bags of potential whilst Gibson controlled the midfield, played some great balls, broke up play and made a terrific goal saving block in the second half. Jacobs was MOTM, scored two good goals, hit the bar with a cracking effort and got an assist for the third and you couldn’t say any of the players didn’t play well. All round a great game and thought the scoreline flattered the opposition given the chances we created. If we keep that level this season should be a cracker.
He seemed to struggle in cup against premier league defenders last year to be fair.
Back in UK now.
All piss and tears on your forum Mutty saying he’s come back looking great pre season. You can’t blame the lad wanting to coming back to a club playing at a higher level and who he has won major honours with in recent times.
Aye. McGuire to me has looked more world class than Kane. Two easy headers against Tunisia, a few pens and a goal that he knew nothing about and hit his heel doesn’t mean he’s the best striker in the world. Bloody lucky to finish top scorer. Pickford been decent but nowhere near same class as say a Courtois and doesn’t have same presence. He was flapping a bit against Croatia and was lucky with a couple of spills as he was earlier in tournament. World cups are notorious for making average lads world beaters based on a couple of games.
Talk about glass half empty. After scoring a shed load in qualifying we comfortably beat a Sweden team that finished above the Champions Germany in their group after beating a decent Colombia side deservedly followed by a draw against a Croatian side that ripped Argentina to pieces. We have the youngest side is the tournament and have recently won the u20 and u17 world championship. Surely there are reasons to be optimistic!
The man’s a disgrace. Managing Belgium to their best ever finish at the world cup, beating the tournament favourites Brazil and scoring the most goals in the competition losing out to a defensive France from a set piece in a tight semi final. Let’s forget that he won the only major trophy this club has and will probably ever see, let’s forget he gave us the happiest day of our lives, let’s remember he walked out on us for a job at a much higher level after he had his budget slashed at our club year on year.
Good luck to Granqvist!
More faces than Mike Yarwood some of these men on here! Been willing the lad to fail for years.
