How about a few words of consolation to fans and supporters after your antics this season that got us relegated as well Talal.
A spirited little fight far too late in the season. The same fight at Blackpool and at home to Brum may have got us over the line. Shame that our top scorer was dropped recently and Fletcher favoured to lead the attack. A travesty too playing McClean and Darickwa as so called wing backs. These are the on pitch cock ups made by Shaun Maloney who has not raised the club any league positions during his tenure.
What happened before him with Toure is just unexplainable but nothing like as unexplainable as the mismanaged mess the owners have made for almost a year now.
Not heard a peep yesterday or today from The owner, Talal or the stand in Chief executive.If they pulled their friggin’ fingers out and got some sponsorship money in for the Stadium and the playing kits, and up the rent to the chubbies it would help the coffers.
It staggers belief why nothing has been done about this. Crazy, even non League clubs do this.

We should be getting some more information out of the owners about what the hell is going on now that we are in the open world of transparency. I want to know if this rookie manager is here after the end of the season if not I would like to know why. He should have been given a contract until May which if successfully keeping us up meant he got an extension.
Actually I think he should never have been given the job. His brand of football was never going to save us. Knowing these lot we will have to endure his rubbish next season, and it will be, with or without his own players.Anything is possible but not this. I know Maloney’s mentor is your hero Roberto Al but he is as green as Kolo and as Stubborn as Cook so I think this is probably a bridge too far and it should be time now just to play the players who will be here next season.

Left out for tactical reasons then next Charlie is unavailable with no explanation. Keano new contract but he’s been on it months. An absolute shit show.A good job? A good job in slowing down the decline through getting a few draws but the decline hasn’t stopped and his negative tactics and team selections have only dragged us further into trouble. Not his fault? He took the job knowing the situation and was happy to take it. Some of the blame is definitely on his shoulders. I wasn’t a great fan of Leams dross but I think we couldn’t possibly have been in any a worse position if we had stuck with him.
To an extent I agree Mutts the Makem but there is one thing that you haven’t factored in and that’s that Latics had five players at the beginning of last season and an whole new squad plus the infrastructure around running a football club had to be built so taking that into account the losses were quite low.
Shaun will play the turgid boring crap his mentor Bobby played. It’s going to be as dull as dishwater.
My head says hold fire until this mess unravels and we have a clear plan for the way forward.

I’m not one for singling out players as they are More intensity and better organisation most certainly last night particularly at the back.
The forward line gave it their all but still lacked the class needed to unlock a championship standard defence and the same old issues remain and we all know who they are.
I think Maloney will have to have a look at the development squad and see if there is ANY young striker worth a go immediately because without some wins we are only going one way!Maloney needs to be looking farther afield far a young hungry striker with strength and pace. There was one who beat two men then scored a beauty from his own half last Saturday in the S.P.L. A player like that could do a job for us.
