Do some of you men actually watch the game? Boselli was terrible practically every game. He had plenty of chances but looked woeful in front of goal. I would love to be proved wrong but i really cant see how this fella has the attributes to regularly score goals in the Premier league. He can hardly bloody run!
Think we realised after a few games he wasn’t good enough. Scoring against some Swedish amateurs doesn’t change that fact. Too slow, poor movement and easily bullied. Get rid!
Well if it was a few years back how is that at all relevant. People don’t get quicker with age you know. I am talking 1 year agoLinford Christie seemed too. In fact most sprinters are quicker as they age. At 25 i would hardly say its impossible for Hugo to get quicker. Foolish comment!
Forget the sentiments involved, The fact is he aint worth 4 million and Dave is dead right to stick to his guns. No 3rd choice keeper in the bottom half of the league is worth that and some decent performances for us doesnt change that. He also dropped some clangers and as much as we love him its probably time to move on. 10 games in 4 years for Bolton says how much they rated him and now Dave most definitely wont back down and perhaps Coyle wont. They aint exactly queuing up for him eh?
Just been on Talksport saying rumour has it he has turned em down. He has drifted a fair bit in betting in last hour and is now 2-1 on Betfair from odds on. Who Knows!
Im not sure i would be held to ransom by a skint Bolton. 3 million sounds about right but any more and they are getting carried away. Petr Cech was 7 and Pepe Reina 6 million. How can they suggest their third choice keeper (almost aged 30) who has made 10 first team appearances in six years is worth 5 million?
I really hope we get him but i wouldnt have the p*** taken out of us by that lot!
